Join us and walk, pedal, or cheer at the annual Push, Pedal and Pull Peoples' Parade, celebrating America's Independence.  Parade line-up begins at 9:30 a.m. at City Hall.  The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at Veterans' Memorial Park, where there will be a short program.  The program will be followed by a box car derby race by the Elgin Boy Scouts.
