Early voting will be conducted Feb. 16 to Feb. 24 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Feb. 25 and 26.  Local early voting will be held at the Bastrop County Courthouse Annex Bldg., 804 Pecan St. Bastrop; Elgin Public Library, 404 N. Main; Paige Community Center, 117 S. Main, Paige and Family Worship Center, 2418 FM 1704, Elgin.
