Certified by Gallup, this course will make you look at your work atmosphere in a way you probably haven't before. Engaged employees is a direct reflection to how well they will take care of you and your customers.

A great manager can help maintain any business, but a great leader creates a value that is above and beyond. This three week course will be a deep dive into the important key factors of becoming the leader your company needs.
We invite all participants to stay an extra hour on completion day for lunch and certificates. As an extra bonus, we will complete this course on National Leadership Day.
